The Observatory is a location on a hilltop just outside of the urban district of Amity Park.

First seen in "Double Cross My Heart," it is a planetary observation study and educational center just outside of town that Gregor (revealed to be Elliot) takes Sam and Tucker to where he admits to Sam that he wants to go steady with her if she's willing to ditch Tucker. They find out he is faking his accent and personality just to get with her, so she dumps him moments before the Guys in White appear, thinking Elliot is Danny Phantom. The open deck sustains damage from their battle, but otherwise, this location is stagnant.
