Dash Baxter is a character from the original show. His Wiki page is located here. He is also a character within The Two Phantoms series and, like in the original series, is one of the two popular boys besides Kwan. Initially, he hated Danny and sometimes bullied him, but once he saw that he was bullying his hero all along, his popularity fell down the drain and he felt humiliated and very remorseful for his actions. Soon enough, he apologized to Danny and became friends with him from that point onwards.

Dash is a teenage boy with blond hair and dark blue eyes. He is very muscular and fit, he usually wears the standard uniform of the jocks: a red-and-white letterman jacket, with a black t-shirt underneath and dark blue jeans and white shoes.
